Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 12, 2026
This policy explains how Gary Jennings, trading through FindGrowFund.com ("we," "us"), collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit this website, download the free toolkit, or buy a product. We keep this simple and honest, the same way we write everything else.
Who we are
FindGrowFund.com is operated by Gary Jennings, based in the United Kingdom. For any privacy question or request, contact us through the contact page.
What we collect, and why
Email sign-ups. If you request the free toolkit or subscribe for updates, we collect your email address (and your name if you provide it). We use it to send you the toolkit and occasional GEO tips. Legal basis: your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Purchases. When you buy a product, checkout is operated by Payhip Ltd with payment processing by Stripe. We receive your name, email address, the product purchased, and your answers to any checkout questions (for example, your business website address) so we can deliver what you bought. We never see or store your full card details; those go directly to the payment processor. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
Contact messages. If you write to us through the contact form, we receive the message and your email address so we can reply. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to you.
Done-for-you reports. If you buy a report, we use the business information you supply (your website address and checkout answers) solely to produce your report. Report inputs and outputs are retained only as long as needed to deliver and support your purchase.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We do not run advertising or advertising trackers on this site. We do not use your information for automated decision-making that affects you.
Cookies
This website itself does not set cookies and does not use analytics trackers, which is why you do not see a cookie banner. Third-party services we rely on may set strictly necessary cookies when you use them: the Payhip checkout (when you start a purchase) and our email sign-up provider (when you submit the form). Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends a standard request (including your IP address) to Google's servers to fetch the font files. None of these are used by us to track you.
Who we share information with
Only the service providers needed to run this site and deliver what you ask for: Netlify (website hosting), Payhip and Stripe (checkout and payments), our email marketing provider (toolkit delivery and updates), and Google Fonts (font files). Each processes data under its own privacy policy and our instructions. Some of these providers are based in the United States; where personal data is transferred outside the UK, it is protected by recognized safeguards such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep things
Email subscriptions: until you unsubscribe. Purchase records: as long as required for tax and accounting law (typically six years in the UK). Contact messages: as long as needed to deal with your inquiry. Report inputs: deleted once your purchase is delivered and any support period has passed.
Your rights — UK and EU
Under UK GDPR (and EU GDPR where it applies), you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, contact us through the contact page. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Your rights — United States
If you are a resident of California or another US state with a consumer privacy law (including the CCPA/CPRA), you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it (this policy), to request access to or deletion of your personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA, so there is nothing to opt out of. To make a request, contact us through the contact page; we will verify and respond within the legally required time.
Children
This site and our products are for business audiences and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Payments are handled by PCI-compliant processors. Access to customer information is limited to what is needed to deliver your purchase.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. Significant changes affecting how we use your data will be flagged to email subscribers.
