These terms govern your use of FindGrowFund.com and your purchase of any product sold through it. The site and its products are operated by Gary Jennings, based in the United Kingdom ("we," "us"). By using the site or buying a product you agree to these terms. They are written to be read, not to hide things.
1. The website
The content on this site (articles, guides, the free toolkit) is provided for general information and education. You may read, download and print it for your own business use. You may not republish, resell or redistribute it without our written permission. We work to keep the content accurate and current, but AI tools and search platforms change quickly and we make no guarantee that any specific technique will produce a specific result.
2. Buying digital products
Checkout and payment are operated by Payhip Ltd, with payments processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Cards from virtually any country are accepted, and your card issuer converts the charge to your local currency at its prevailing rate. Depending on your location, sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout and is handled by the checkout provider.
Two kinds of product are sold:
Instant downloads (for example, the GEO Toolkit Pro): delivered automatically by email the moment your payment completes.
Done-for-you reports (for example, the TRACE Audit Report, 10-Prompt Test Report, ACS Clarity Report, GEO Starter Pack, and GEO Implementation Roadmap): produced individually for your business using the information you provide at checkout, and delivered by email within the working-day window stated on the product page. The delivery window starts when we have all the information requested at checkout. These are services personalized to your business.
3. License for digital products
When you buy a digital product you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it within your own business. You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute it, and you may not use it to provide services to third parties without our written permission. The frameworks (TRACE, ACS, the 10-Prompt Test) and all product content remain our intellectual property.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Instant downloads. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a distance purchase. For digital content, by completing checkout and accessing your download immediately you consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that the 14-day cancellation right ends once the download begins, as permitted by the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and equivalent EU rules. If your download is faulty or you cannot access it, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
Done-for-you reports. You may cancel for a full refund any time before we begin work on your report. Once work has begun, the service is being performed; once your report has been delivered, the service is complete and the purchase is non-refundable, except where the report is materially defective. If you believe a report does not match its description, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will put it right or refund you.
US customers. The policy above applies to all customers. Nothing in it limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your state.

5. What our products do and do not promise
Our products teach and apply Generative Engine Optimization methods. AI search tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews) are operated by third parties, change frequently, and decide their own outputs. We therefore cannot and do not guarantee that any business will appear in, or be cited by, any AI tool, or that any specific commercial result (sales, inquiries, investment) will follow. Reports reflect the state of your business's visibility on the date they are produced.
Nothing on this site or in any product is legal, financial, or investment advice. Content about investor behavior describes market practice; engage qualified advisers for decisions in those areas.
6. Your information
Information you provide at checkout is used to deliver your purchase, as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm that any business information you provide for a report is yours to share and does not infringe anyone else's rights.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including (for UK consumers) your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, under which digital content and services must be as described, fit for purpose, and provided with reasonable care and skill. Subject to that, our total liability arising from any product or the site is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of profit or business opportunity.
8. The book and third-party platforms
Be The AI Answer is sold through Amazon, and purchases of the book are governed by Amazon's terms. Payhip checkout is governed by Payhip's terms of use alongside these terms.
9. General
We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the current version, and changes apply to purchases made after they are posted. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections, and may bring proceedings, in the country or state where you live.
